URBANFARM COOKING EASY LOW COST VEGETABLE STEW

This video demonstrates how to buy low cost vegetables and cook them in an energy efficient way. We use shop bought ingredients to produce twelve bowls of nutritious vegetable stew for £0.07 per bowl (prices at November 2013).
